Principle: As the core component for excavator movement, the travel assembly first receives high-pressure oil from the hydraulic pump. The travel motor converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, which is then transmitted to the gearbox. The gearbox reduces speed and increases torque through multi-stage gears to amplify driving force, finally transferring it to tracks or wheels for the excavator to move forward or backward.
Usage: Control the left and right assemblies independently via the travel levers; adjust the pushing range of the levers to change speed. Operate one lever for one-sided steering, or push the two levers in opposite directions for in-place steering. Avoid high-speed driving on hard roads or overloaded climbing. Regularly check hydraulic oil cleanliness, seal leakage, and track tension to prevent excessive component wear.
